CUMC Sports has teamed up with the Children's Ministry department to bring you Party in the Park & Fishing Derby!

Join us for a day of fishing in Russell Creek park pavilion as we wet a line and grill some hotdogs. We'll have games for the kids, games for the adults, and plenty of fishing for everyone. Prizes will be awarded for a largest fish in several age groups, and a special Smallest Fish contest for the Dads. Come early for the fishing, stay to participate in the games and to climb the rock wall. Find out who the winners are during the hot dog lunch. Finally, help us honor our graduating 5th graders with a special recognition ceremony!

Cost is $5 per person. Registration is open until May 12th.

Schedule of Events:
8:00 am Fishing Derby Begins
9:30 am Games Start (basketball, volleyball, sack races, egg toss, & more!)
9:30 am Rock Wall Open for Climbing
11:00 am Lunch (grilled hotdogs, chips, lemonade, & cookies)
11:30 am Rock Wall Closes, Games Over
11:30 am Awards
11:45 am 5th Grade Recognition Ceremony

Instructions
Bring your fishing pole, bait, sunscreen, bug spray, hat, lawn chair, frisbee, etc.
