Dump Your Plump

This class will focus on building a healthier you with exercise and proper nutrition. If you are ready to get serious about fitness, this class is for you.

All instructors are certified and well trained.

The class will meet 3 times per week (allow an extra 15 minutes after class time for stretching). Participants are required to attend a short fitness assessment the week prior to class starting.


No DYP scheduled
