Cardio Kickboxing
Kickboxing is a high energy, total body workout for all levels! The first 30-45 minutes will be fun combinations of punches, kicks, and drills. The last part of class will be abs, strength training and stretching.
Kickboxing is a great stress reliever and a perfect chance to hang out with friends and get fit!
As with all fitness classes through the CLC, a devotion and prayer will be offered either at the beginning or end of each class.
