Active Older Adults 
This is a class designed for older adults, combining low
impact aerobics with stretching and toning. This class
allows everyone to exercise at their own pace from beginner to advanced. There
will be chairs available for anyone who might need to sit for some of the
activities. Equipment of hand weights and mats are provided for this class.
Monday, Wednesday, & Friday
10:30 - 11:30am

This class is ongoing. No fee or pre-registration is required.
As with all fitness classes through the CLC, a devotion and prayer will be offered either at the beginning or end of each class.
