CUMC Sports offers a wide range of fitness classes for the body, mind, and soul. Yoga, Pilates, and Body Sculpting are new and exciting ways to keep the temple of God in perfect working order. All of the fitness classes offered through CUMC Sports are God-centered and always incorporate a time of prayer and devotion.

It is strongly recommended that you consult your physician before beginning any exercise program

Our Yoga and Pilates programs offer beginner and intermediate level classes to meet your needs. In addition, morning and eveningclasses are available to mesh with your ever changing schedule. Body Sculpting and the Dump Your Plump classes are programs designed to help you develop a healthy lifestyle. No fads or crash diets here, only proper nutrition and exercise.

Tai Chi is an ancient fitness technique regarded as one of the best forms of exercise for older adults. Active Older Adults is also available for those young at heart individuals who will sacrifice nothing as they age. Tai Chi and AOA are free classes.
